The DOT FMCSA self-compliant application is designed to meet all necessary regulations for recording driver duty status. It provides a range of features to ensure compliance, including:

• Adherence to the 60-hour/7days or 70-hour/8days Rules
• Support for the 34-hour week restart, with the latest suspension of two periods from 1-5am
• Enforcement of the 11-hour driving limit for each day
• Tracking of the maximum 14 hours on duty per day
• Inclusion of a Sleeper Berth provision for drivers
• An added Passenger Seat provision for specific situations
• Availability of a Personal Conveyance provision as needed
• Mandatory 30-minute break provision
• Location recording for the vehicle's engine on/off status, along with tracking every 60 minutes while in motion
• Restriction on duty status changes from mobile devices when the vehicle is not at rest
• Visual and/or audible warnings on the mobile device in case of any malfunctions
• If stationary for 5 minutes or longer, the mobile device will automatically default to on-duty not driving status, requiring the driver to input the correct status
